Yum Goong - Thai Shrimp Salad


Yum Goong or Thai Shrimp Salad is delicious and super simple to make if you have some So Saap Sauce handy. You'll be eating within minutes and experiencing the fresh, vibrant flavors of Southeast Asia. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • thai chili pepper
  • lime
  • lime leaf
  • red onion
  • cilantro
  • green onion
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1lb. shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon fry rice powder
  • So Saap Sauce

 

Instructions:

  1. Slice herbs and vegetables
  2. Cook shrimp
  3. Add 1/3 cup So Saap Sauce to cooked shrimp
  4. Add fry rice powder
  5. Combine shrimp and herbs and vegetables and mix well
  6. Squeeze lime on top
  7. Serve and enjoy!
