Thai Larb Chicken

A classic of Thai cuisine, Larb Chicken brings the perfect sweet and sour flavor to any meal. With the help of So Saap Sauce you can make a restaurant quality Larb Chicken in under 10 minutes. So simple!


  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • half red onion
  • cilantro
  • 1.5 limes
  • thai chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fry rice powder
  • 1/4 cup So Saap Sauce



  1. Slice chicken breast
  2. Chop chicken breast finely
  3. Pan fry chicken in oil until fully cooked; set aside
  4. Slice red onion
  5. Slice cilantro and green onion
  6. Cut lime
  7. Slice thai chili
  8. Combine all ingredients (except chili) and squeeze lime over top
  9. Add So Saap Sauce and fry rice powder
  10. Add chili and mix well
  11. Taste should be sweet and sour. Add more lime juice to taste
  12. So Saap! So Simple!
