  • thai chili peppers
  • cilantro
  • 2 limes
  • garlic
  • green onions
  • So Saap Sauce
  • wasabi (optional)



  1. Slice vegetables
  2. Smash thai chilis and garlic with mortar and pestle

  4. Add juice from 2 whole limes and mix well
